They cut out and removed my old lawn, raked and leveled the yard, put down new topsoil, fertilized and then proceeded to lay 17 pallets of St Augustine sod. Then to complete the job, they rolled the entire job and removed all the little debris from the property. It made me tired just watching them. We foolishly invested $5,000 in July 2020, after he signed a contract requiring him to repay $200 a month over a two year period. Shortly thereafter, excuses started. First payment was due in August. $100 was received in September. A late October payment of $200 was received. No payments were received in November, December, or January. I have offered options, including reduced monthly payments and to discuss in multiple emails. Mr. Hammonds refuses to return any text messages or emails. Unfortunately the next step is legal action.
