It was so easy and quick to request quotes and schedule a few free in-person estimates. Yelp kept everything organized in a "entire exterior painting" project so I could easily access contact info, see who had responded, compare, etc. I also requested ROC numbers to make sure the companies were legit. Ryley, sales guy, from Valor was quick to respond and offered to schedule an in-person estimate. Ryley emailed over a detailed and clear estimate shortly. The estimate was a good price and comparable to one other I had received but Ryley explained their process throughly and I felt confident about the quality and attention to detail. It took months for my HOA to approve the job (even though they requested it and we were using approved colors *Eye roll*). But the emailed quote was still valid and I was able to easily pay the deposit online and scheudle start date for just a couple weeks later! Carlos and Omar completed our job and did a spectacular job on both the prep and painting. Carlos was an excellent communicator and texted me as needed to ask questions, confirm things, etc. They kept me well informed and worked hard. Also super friendly nice guys. At the end of the job I was able to review the work and call out a few areas I wanted touched up, Carlos was happy to accommodate. Our job included stucco repair work, two doors, and garage door. He scraped all of the loose tape off and re-taped the joints. The texture work matched the original. He was a great referral. That brings me to Robert. After the drywall services were complete, I contacted Rob for the painting. I sent photos, quickly had an estimate and was scheduled a week out. Rob and his son made a great team! Anthony cut everything in while rob rolled. They also took care of the patio below along with paint that eroded on the foundation. The work was completed in just one day. Rob is professional, friendly and communicates very well. The quality of work was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. The painters were/are meticulous in powerwashing my home and prepping with paper, plastic, and painters tape. They arrived on time, answered any questions I had, and completed the work in an 8 hour day. They cleaned up the papers, debris around my house-front, back, sides. They walked around the house with me, in case, I noticed any imperfections with the paint. I did not notice anything, but a beautiful paint job. They power washed the fence to remove the paint on sections and rolled the fence and painted section missed previously. I like that they made the effort to try to fix the previous mistake.
