He was fast and friendly with no pressure. I could text him any time and he got back to me with a schedule in no time. I've worked with other realtors long ago through priemer listings and didn't find a good match until now. I'm the wrong person to pressure or wait around a week for a response. Thankfully I found a better match with Real Estate Advantage and the Raters. I LOVE MY NEW HOUSE! They made finding and buying my home a smooth, fast, and painless process. Do yourself a favor and go with Rex or his wife!

They were decent at responding. Docking here with a boat at the home was in very shallow water. We stayed near Jamestown. We overall had a good time. The reason I'm only giving a few stars is because we feel they didn't properly communicate to us a few things such as lack of AC on the first floor, a poor bed situation, and very shady and minimal directions and a cheaply made shower which caused the curtain to fall. Just looks like they cut some corners and they aren't up front with things. We tried to get a refund, they wouldn't respond to a refund-they just said tough luck. That's what you get when you rent I guess...will I rent again from them-probably not, but I will visit Chautauqua again. It's a learning experience to now quadruple check every single detail for the future if I rent. Thank you for the good stay overall.

Menash took the time to show us that "name brand" isn't always better, instead of just selling us something expensive. The installers were so friendly and quick and did an excellent job. They cleaned up behind themselves, even vacuumed!! Then we bought vinyl planking. Beautiful quality and again at a reasonable price. We had to order the special one we liked but it was there within the week. The customer service here is outstanding. We have had a few how to care for questions and they have been so helpful, even calling us to let us know they didn't have the answer yet but just wanted us to know they hadn't forgotten about us. This is our first time with Floors at your Door but it won't be the last. Shop around if you want but make a stop here.

Andy allowed me to peruse the styles, answered my questions and gave me brochures. I returned a few months later and gave Marina my drawings to get a baseline quote; I truly appreciated that she didn't feel that she had to question my choices because she was the "expert". I was happy with the estimate and, indeed, we came very close to that in the end. She did indeed use her expertise and relationships with the manufacturer in getting the precise cabinets and functional inserts that I wanted with regular meetings over several weeks . She kept me apprised of the production timing, arrival and delivery date. She also assisted in recommending contractors, cabinet hardware and stone & tile sources (they have nice starter selections at the shop but have access to many others). I am thrilled with my kitchen and when a flooding disaster destroyed many of the cabinets a year later she was able to pull up the past design and re-order the cabinets quickly (luckily insurance covered that cost!). I was equally impressed with all the other staff that helped with delivery and when Marina was not available. A class operation! PS. Stove wall still awaiting completion.
