She didn't ask me how I wanted it styled at the end, and did not give me the cut I asked for. The communication was very poor and because of that I was left with not what I wanted and unhappy with the results. I understand things come up, but I feel I was a little pressured into last minute changing the time and stylist. I never have a negative experience here and my mother and I have been coming here for decades. I am just not happy with the cut or service. I tried talking more about my hair so we could get on the same page, and I am use to the stylist giving tips or asking more about my hair. We talked about short layers framing my face that stick out of the pony tail as well which is what I asked for, but that wasn't done either.
