We called and made an appointment for the following day, and they came out and gave us a quote on all that we wanted to have done. One week later they came out and true to their word, they did everything we asked and the cleanup that they did was unlike anything we have experienced with companies. When they left our front and back yard was left immaculate. They quoted us a price, and they stuck to it. We will definitely call them for next Fall cleanup. Theresa & Sue

I liked the way everything I stated I wanted he repeated back to me showing me he listened to what I wanted and didn't try to add on extras etc; They arrived to work on time and were very professional! I couldn't believe how quick and efficient they worked ! I honestly didn't think they would complete the job in one day ..but they did ! They did an excellent job ! I will use them for more projects! They removed all weeds and rocks, put down new barrier, then replaced the rocks . When work was completed they cleaned everything up perfect !!

Project: to fix my home irrigation issues. My three main points:…read more1 - Fast response - while others offered me dates 2 weeks in the future, J&J was onsite in 2 days. This is a huge difference in my book. 2 - They did a complete rebuild of my 24 year old home-made irrigation valve box, which we discovered had been built with inferior grade tubing. The new system is more streamlined, rugged, and puts out more water on all circuits. 3 - And maybe the most important, they came in WELL under my estimated budget for a project of this scope. BONUS - Jon (he's one of the J's) is a straight shooter, super honest and professional. Strongly recommend.

I would STRONGLY caution anyone considering this company!!…read more This has been one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. The company advertises "professional, reliable, trained experts," but the service has been anything but that from day one. From the very first visit, the quality of work was disappointing. The man who arrived performed work that honestly could have been done by a teenager for a fraction of the cost, yet we were charged nearly $300. When I asked basic lawn care questions, his trained expert opinion was he wasn't sure. Completely unsure and unable to provide answers! They also promise advance notice before arriving, but they have failed to do so repeatedly. Crews have shown up as late as 8PM on a Saturday without any communication. Most concerning, while we were out of town, they SOMEHOW entered our LOCKED backyard without permission. We never authorized access, and entering a locked yard without consent is completely unacceptable and felt like a violation of our privacy. On top of that, the work itself is careless. Weeds along the sides are ignored, grass clippings are left piled around the house. For the amount they charge, the service is nowhere near worth it. This company requires full payment for the entire season upfront, but when we tried to cancel due to poor service and requested a refund since they would not be completing a full season worth of services, we were told "sorry wish we could help you, but the money has already gone to operations". Despite multiple requests, I have yet to receive documentation supporting the alleged "verbal no refund would be issued agreement". To make matters worse, during one of my calls, I overheard another customer expressing similar frustrations with the company's service!! Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

We hired this company to remove the sod from our front yard for a landscaping project…read more Unfortunately, the work was not as thorough or transparent as we expected. They were over an hour late, several areas of intact sod were left behind, which we had to go back and remove ourselves. More concerning, sprinkler tubing and wiring were damaged during the removal, and rather than bringing the damage to our attention, some of it appeared to have been covered up. We only discovered the issues afterward when we were preparing the yard for the next stage of the project. To their credit, the company did reimburse us for the sprinkler repairs once we brought the damage to their attention, and I appreciate that they ultimately made that right. However, the fact that the damage was not disclosed and that multiple areas of sod were left behind significantly affected our confidence in the quality of the work. I would recommend being more clear about any damage and doing a more thorough final inspection before considering the job complete.
