please do not go to this location. drive the extra 10 minutes to the legends location if you want a…read moregood haircut. i would give 0 stars if that were an option. my husband got a haircut here today and specifically asked for a low fade that did not go any higher than the line already established in his hair from a haircut he received last week at the legends location. the stylist said she understood, then immediately shaved his hair all the way up to the top of his head and far past his temple. she did this so quickly that he didn't even have a chance to say anything or ask her to stop before she had already taken off far more hair than he asked her to. this is absolutely not a low fade, and the damage was done before he could even react. she also shaved the back of his hair all the way up to his cowlick, leaving the top completely uneven and poorly blended. the result looks terrible, and we are extremely disappointed with the service. this is, without a doubt, the worst haircut experience we have ever had. when someone clearly explains what they want and the stylist confirms that she understands, there is no excuse for completely disregarding those instructions. a haircut should not leave a customer feeling like they have to hide their hair for the next four weeks while waiting for it to grow back. after contacting the location, they did offer a refund and said they would pass our information along to the manager. however, we have no way of knowing whether that feedback will actually reach management or whether anything will be done about this experience. what makes this even more telling is that two people who were waiting for haircuts stood up and walked out immediately after seeing my husband's haircut. that should tell you everything you need to know. the positive reviews appear to be from quite some time ago, and based on our experience, the quality of service has clearly declined. i would not recommend spending your money or your time at this location. save yourself the frustration and drive the extra 10 minutes to the legends location instead.
