I guess this shop doesn't exist according to the front desk even though I was just there same phone number and address I'm reviewing and made the order for. Drove an hour there to find that I has to call and remake order and I was grateful they got me in late, I did have to drive an hour to get there but was prepared to take more time off work to come back when the front desk wasn't trying to be rude to me. Mechanics seemed reasonable. I payed way too much for the service but the job did get done. I've never been treated that way by office help. I hope she gets over whatever she's going through. read more

Really nice owner, employee, even met the owner's wife! I needed an oil and filter change for my…read more26' RV. Called everyone in Batesville, AR, and nobody could do it. It was a Friday, one said they were out of town and wouldn't return until Monday. The others said no as the rig wouldn't fit in their garage. Dale said it wouldn't fit, but he can do it in the driveway. He had to run to the parts store to get the proper oil filter and enough quarts of 10w30 oil to fill it. After he was finished, he only charged us $50!!! His employee that was working that day was real good, hard worker. We struck up conversations with both Dale and his wife. He's 64 and is trying to sell his business so he and his wife can retire. Please contact him if you or someone you know may be interested.

My battery was dead. Called AAA and they sent a man out from Village Service Center. He got my car…read morestarted and I drove it down so they could put a new battery in it and change the oil. I decided I should get it all done at once. While waiting, I noticed ladies pulling up in front where the air hoses are (and where gas pumps WOULD be if they sold gas there). The guys come out to help people like myself who are clueless about putting air in their tires. I tried it once and ended up letting air out of the tire instead of putting it in. The waiting room has snacks and beverages but no Wifi and I couldn't access my Verizon LTE so I was getting a bit antsy and wished I'd brought a book with me. Never leave home without a book. Anyway, this is my second time at this service center and I definitely recommend them. Nice guys, fast service.

I shut the truck off, gave it a minute, and tried to restart it. Dead as a brick with wheels. Probable electrical issue. Had it towed to Martins Truck service. He was 1 month out for any new work. I was working a power plant job 350 miles from home towing a 5th wheel. Needed to return home in 5 days when truck died. Jonas was kind enough to quickly look at it. Found issue with data port connection and quickly repaired it. Could have charged me bundles for "electrical issue" but cost was 1 1/2 hours of shop time. Great mechanic and even greater person!
