(60$) I kept up w the service because the quality was often good. Today if was terrible. The lawn guy Dee took his time with the front, and rushed through the back. There were patches of grass mulch everywhere and pushed up against the house. Edges not trimmed, weeds neglected from obvious areas of growth ( along the fence, behind the a/c units) When I tried to point out that I was not pleased and asked him to come back he made excuses, told me he wasn't going to fix it, showed me a flyer of a company that could fix my weeds, and basically let me know I had to deal with the horrible backyard. I paid half the rate since he really only did half the yard.. I told him to remove me from the route and no longer needed his services, his reply is "sounds good to me" Long story short. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The professionalism is not there. This guy knows that his work was deplorable today, yet instead of apologizing and trying to come fix the issue he chose to get offended and then offend me the customer who once had customer loyalty. Ghetto.

They park on a curve and at the direct end of a neighbors driveway making it hard to get out of the driveway and drive safely around. When asked directly if they would consider backing up to not block others and get away from the curve, "we will think about it" was the reply with a smirk on their faces. They then proceeded to unload the truck and proceed. I was just looking out for the safety of their truck and the drivers in that area. I felt this was disrespectful and would never suggest this company if you live in a neighborhood with narrow streets.

Melvin is unreliable and is not skilled in proper landscaping…read more In the beginning for the first 4 months things went fine. We paid a monthly invoice for a weekly lawn service. Then right when summer turns to fall Melvin did not show up for WEEKS - after I already paid our monthly invoice. I sent message after message and he was not responsive. When he finally showed up randomly weeks later, he said he went out of the country. Again, there was no notice he would be gone. He just showed up whenever. Imagine my surprise that he asked me to pay for the next month's invoice, even though he still owed me another weeks of service based on what I already paid. I told him that the service he did today and next week's service (he was coming weekly) are already covered by the month I already paid. And since he didn't show up he still owed me 2 weeks worth of service. I told him I would pay for the future month's service the next week when he showed up. He said okay. The following week he did not show up. My calls and texts went unanswered. After not hearing from him in a week, I sent a final message (he never responded to.) That was over 6 months ago. My husband and I have since moved to new home. If you want someone reliable look elsewhere. And don't even get me started on the comically large, BULBOUS mounds of pine straw he installed when we just asked (and paid for) a border around our flower beds. TLDR: Do not recommend. Does not show up even after paid. Unreliable

Jonathan did a fabulous job of creating a landscape design that integrated perfectly with our current hardscape (we have a low-lying stone wall in the back). He designed a solution that incorporated another low stone wall and a stone pathway for a two-tier look that is stunning while also accommodating to the grade of the yard. We had many trees removed, Atlanta Tree and Turf were terrific, the yard was re-graded, turf laid and hardscape installed perfectly. Everyone involved with our project was courteous, professional and talented. In short, we couldn't be happier. It's good to know that there are still craftspeople out there who do what they say and deliver in spades! Use Heavenly Designs Landscapes, and Atlanta Tree and Turf.
