Excellent service and selection of products. I'd been on the lookout for a pair of Beats Solo 3 wireless headphones for quite some time now, but everywhere I go there seems to never be a pair in a decent color or it's simply out of stock. I'm not one to normally purchase items online, so in-store journeys and hopeless chases are quite routine for me. My partner and I went to several other JB Hi-Fi locations before giving this location a try as a last resort. After being redirected to other locations from each of the previous JB Hi-Fi stores, this one seemed to have the most color variety, which is what they all said about every other location... To my utter delight, they were absolutely right with this one! I was a bit worried when I didn't see any on display with the other Beats products, but we were quick to be helped by an employee who was more than happy to look in the back. As I was browsing around the audio section for a minute or two, I saw him return with a box in his hand and boy, was I excited! A whole day spent searching suburb after suburb for a pair of headphones I'd been after for months finally resulted in success! And the headphones work fantastic, by the way. I hardly took them off and am even wearing them as I write! As a music enthusiast who has dealt with tangled cords all their life, wireless headphones are still a shocker to me.
