Jayz Hauling gave me the best quote in my area. A guy from the OC quoted me cheaper but then ghosted...nice. Anyway, things happen as they're meant to happen and I'm so glad we went with Jayz. He gave me the quote via a photo through Yelp and was easy to communicate with and schedule with. When I scheduled for a 1 hour window, he told me he'd contact me on the appt day with their ETA. Jason went above and beyond by reconfirming the appt hours before and also providing a very accurate ETA. Customer service means a lot to me and Jayz is top notch and highly recommended. Nice, hard working guy with professionalism and manners AND a fair price. The job took about 45 minutes and they swept the area clean. I will definitely use them again when needed.

They broke down and hauled away a pergola and patio furniture that had rusted and rotted, including sweeping up the back patio clean before they left wihtout me asking. All done in under an hour. Five Star Service! I located Jayz Hauling by searching Yelp of course. I used the "Request a Quote" option, and received a response in only ten minutes or so. This was very convenient. I needed the following items removed from a rental property: a large BBQ island with BBQ, a basketball court, a table, a wheel barrel, and some chairs. After providing a description of the items that needed to be hauled away, Jason gave me a very reasonable quote and offered to do the work the following day. Jason and his team arrived on time and were in and out in no time. They were friendly, careful, and professional. Jayz Hauling is permanently bookmarked for future projects. WOW. 2nd time I've used them and they got some rotted wood from a dismantled patio. I'm SHOCKED at how they came took the wood and swept up tiny pieces of wood that was in my dirt!!! Also blew away any debris in the driveway and there is NO TRACE of all the wood and chipped paint. AMAZING read more

Wow, Jayz Hauling is THE BEST! I went online about 4:15 PM, this afternoon and requested a quote from them to remove some very top heavy, logistically difficult to handle, equipment from my garage. Within a few minutes I received a very reasonable quote. Gave him the "go-ahead"; 5-10 minutes later, Jason and Eddy were ringing my door bell. In another 10 minutes, job completed and they were on their way out. The entire process took less 30 minutes! Fastest, most courteous, most efficient service I have ever received. I have been accumulating quite a pile of junk while restoring my 1930's home. I contacted Jason with a couple of photos of the junk pile, and he responded very quickly with a quote. There was a bit of a wait to start including our city building department which was backed up. Once underway Dylan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He devoted all his energy to making it (a messy job) as seamless as possible. He worked diligently and efficiently to complete the job in a timely manner. When we asked him how much it would be to expand the scope of work by tearing out the surrounding hardscape and concrete patio, as well as an 8' high wood fence, he quoted us a very fair price and we proceeded. It was a complex job doing the demo around the existing posts of the patio cover which we wanted to keep. When the job proved more complicated due to the extra thick reinforced slab I offered to pay extra due to the amount of debris and extra work it took. He told me that it wasn't necessary, and honored his quote. Additionally, he took care of the coordination with the city and the soils engineer. I'm lucky to have found Enrique. It was so convenient to be able to send photos for his review instead of waiting around for someone to show up in person. After I decided I wanted to proceed, he was able to come the next day. He followed instructions to the letter (there's a stray dog, enter the gate through here, etc). His team showed up promptly on time, and tbh I was asleep through most of it with the exception of greeting him and checking on the work at the end. They were so polite and non-disruptive given the nature of their work. I kept hitting brick after brick and roots that were feet deep. It was a lot tougher than it looked. I now have a nice, empty yard cleared of weed and debris and ready to start my garden. Thank you again to Enrique and his awesome crew for a wonderful job and giving me peace of mind at not having to stare at that eyesore any longer.

Absolutely the best company I have ever worked with for removing large items. In this case, it was a jacuzzi. They arrived on-time, removed it quickly with enough staff. Cleaned the area that had the jacuzzi and removed items that were near it. They were very professional. Cost was good as well. Highly recommend! read more
