We were in a room that was not comfortable for me & certainly not her. A tech came and took her for prep. Another wait. Then a vet and another tech I assume, came in and PUSHED meds into her IV. She reacted with a terrible shudder. Yes. It was shocking to bother her and me!!! That med should have NEVER been pushed . Meds are not pushed when it's a human patient! And then she died in my arms. NEVER ever have I been through such an experience when other precious lives were helped to cross over the bridge. This is why I do not and will not ever take another of my previous babes to this veterinary hospital. If you are looking for a PEACEFUL transition for your furrbabe, take him or her to another hospital or clinic!.

Amberlynn from Happy Tails - A True Gem…read more We've had our fair share of petsitters, but Amberlynn from Happy Tails is something special. She's got this natural way with animals that's just amazing to see. Our puppies took to her like she was part of the pack from the get-go. It's clear they adore her, and honestly, we can see why. Amberlynn does more than just the usual feed-and-walk routine. She really gets to know our pups, giving them the kind of attention and love they need when we're not around. It's comforting to see how well they respond to her; it's like they've known her forever. What we love about Amberlynn is how down-to-earth and genuine she is. She's not just checking off a list; she's there, in the moment, with our puppies. It's that level of care and connection that makes us trust her completely, especially when we're out of town or out of the country. With her, it's not just about safety (which she's great at, by the way); it's about making our puppies feel happy and at ease. Every time we book her through Happy Tails, we know we're leaving our pups in great hands. Amberlynn's just got this way about her, a real animal whisperer. If you're looking for someone who'll love your pets as much as you do, she's your go-to. We're super grateful to have found her and Happy Tails. Amberlynn is truly one of a kind.

Our 4 dogs are our babies and we have never boarded them before. We were extremely nervous at the…read moreidea and have put off traveling without the dogs for years. All of our dogs are rescues and 2 of them are very sensitive. We knew that there was NO WAY that they would be comfortable in a traditional kennel environment. And we couldn't stand the thought of leaving them in a concrete kennel with very little time outside or with too little human interaction. Our dogs are very human oriented and are extremely spoiled in every way. Once we met Helen and Brian, we quickly realized that they possessed a rare combination of genuine love for animals, professionalism, and reliability that sets them apart from the rest. We knew that PPP was going to be the best place to board them, BUT they far exceeded our expectations - which were already very high! We were sent dozens of pictures of our besties having a good time, multiple times per day! Helen and Brian spent the mornings and evenings cuddling with our pack and giving them tons of one on one time. They were also treated to special kibble toppers to keep meal time interesting. They treated them just like their own family, which made a huge difference in us being able to enjoy our family vacation with zero worry. Our dogs have a few quirks that require a very experienced dog handler, and of course, they were more than equipped to handle this as well. They really take the time to understand each pet's unique personality, preferences, and needs, ensuring that they feel safe, comfortable, and cozy in their care. Not only that, but being in a home environment vs a traditional boarding kennel made them feel almost like they were at home. We can't recommend Purrfect Pet Pal enough. A million stars!
