I also appreciated that they respect boundaries--there are no pesky follow-up calls from managers trying to badger you after you've already said no. Summers is truly genuine, cares about their customers, and treats you like family. Plus, their technicians are excellent. I have two HVAC units and a split unit, and the price is unbeatable with the quality of service. To stress again, they will not bother you for sales or services you do not need.

I called Summers after being told by a couple other places they could help me in 3 days. The next 3 days we're going to be in the 90's. Summers said they could come out that day! They figured out the problem and did a temporary fix so we could get AC over the weekend and came back on Monday with the part needed to fix the furnace (prior owners HVAC guys did some ridiculous wiring that caused the issue). We also had them come back and replace 2 outside faucets and a leak in our ceiling from the water supply. Everything works great! They were on time or called to let me know they were running behind. I recommend Summers!

Appreciate W.M. Masters' reply, but need to fact check a few things. I never denied…read morethere was a leak, refrigerant needed to be added to the system. So, there's a small leak somewhere. That's when I told him I would try to get another year or two out of the coil. Never blamed him for causing another leak, just asked him to be careful handling the tubes because we don't want another leak. Only reason I'm posting this review is because of the a-coil rust. Like you said, I was there when he removed the access panel. I saw no rust anywhere on the coil. He said he noticed the rust. Well if he did, he didn't say anything about it. If it was rusted as shown in the pictures, nobody would have attempted to do a leak test. You would have said your a-coil is shot and needs replaced. Again, never brought it up. Also, never saw you wipe the sprayed liquid off the coil, you just put back on the access cover. All I know is the front of our a-coil is seriously corroded, only the part that was sprayed. Everywhere else on the coil looks new. I wasn't expecting anything out of this posting other than to share my experience with others so they can make an informed decision when looking to hire a company. They certainly can believe what they want. I hold no bad feelings toward W.M. Masters. Cory is a nice young man, and was very respectful. I probably made him nervous following him around like a shadow. Guess I would be too. It's just that we got burnt before by a company charging for work never done. Just wish that the coil was rinsed off of that leak spray before replacing the access panel. Looks like we'll be replacing our AC system sooner than we originally thought.

Had Mr. Rooter out last November to repair a clogged sewer line. They initially quoted me 2 prices…read moreone coming at the problem from inside the house and the other from the outside. I chose the inside one. They stated they could not get to the problem from the inside then charged me to do the job from the outside. Then 8 months later the sewer was clogged again. I explained the problem had to be where they did the work before due to the clog was after all the inside pipes connected to go out. They came out to root the drain and initially charged for that and could not get to the inside of the house from the outside clean out and within 5 minutes of being there stated I needed the pipe Jetted for an addition and considerably more expensive. I said they needed to try from the inside clean out and they wanted to charge for that. I had to argue with them that I already paid to get the drain rooted and they needed to complete the job. They could not get it from the inside either and again tried to sell me the jet service. they sent 2 separate supervisors out with cameras and could not see the clog the second camera guy said he had a good idea where it was at and that was in the area they did the work in November. They sent the Jet guy out and he could not clear the clog. they finally dug up my yard and found a problem where wrong parts were used on the original and their new pipe they put in was lower than the outside pipe. The crew also stated the wrong rubber collar was used and was slightly kinked. The General Manager Brad came out and was still trying to deflect in from being a problem with the original work. He instructed his crew to shorten the inside pipe and cover it up without changing the incorrect parts . If I was not there that is what they were going to do. I insisted they change the incorrect parts. While the pipe was uncovered the Supervisor stated the outside sewer line was sloping toward the house by using measurement using the sloping ground as reference. I made the place a level on the pipe and it was sloped correctly. He then stated that the outside pipe was clay and had to be replaced. I had already seen the inside of the pipe through their camera and there was nothing wrong with it. Clean as can be. He even stated that he was not supped to tell me but if I didn't pay the 11,000 to replace the pipe they would have to call the health department on me. It took 9 days without a functioning sewer to get fixed and had to fight with them the whole time. Brad the general manager would not answer his phone his voicemail was full and would not return calls from messages left with the office. I contacted the franchise owner and he said he would check into it and get back to me that was 3 weeks ago. Terrible company I would not recommend. I even called corporate and left a message and have not heard from them either. Not a very Neighborly company. I would stay far away from any of their companies.
