This is just another average 99p / £ shop like many that have suddenly popped up in the centre of…read morederby recently. This one probably has the biggest variety of stock and is in the westfield centre for convenience. The layout is quite simple and everything seems to be in a relevant place although the shopping aisles seem a little small and the shelves are usually packed very fully. The staff are not that friendly and i wouldn't really want a conversation with them anyway. They just want to get the queue down as quick as they can which is very efficient but not very customer friendly. This shop always seems to be extremely busy and it is hard to get around. There is a policy in this store: If the till operator does not give you a receipt, go to the manager and they will give you £5. Sounds good but they will always give you a receipt. The prices are very good and they offer some brill brands for the price that they offer. It is also useful when you don't have much cash and fancy a cheap drink. Probably the cheapest place in westfield.

It is like my new favourite hang out as I know that whatever I need I am bound to find it in there. For instance, I have discovered Mr Muscle Frozen Lime and Vinegar wipes. They would probably be about £2 in Wilkinsons and they clean anything and everything for just 99p.They also sell 2litre bottles of Pepsi for 79p. I also bought a mop and bucket for 99p each. The best thing about the 99p store compared to the £shops is the variety of lines and there is so much more choice especially with the food and confectionery aisles. Just think if you spend £10 a week in Poundland then go to the 99p store and save 10p a week and those pennies will mount up :) Back to the reviewIt is well laid out with plenty of room to get round up and down the aisles with the major plus being the till staff. They are all very polite. They always say Hello and Goodbye and Please and Thank you and they are very fast. The queues go down very quickly without fuss. Also they are trained to give you a receipt every time so if they don't, you can go to the manager and he will give you a fiver!

Kids fashion, mens womens and the home store they have regular sales they are pretty good with queues, changing rooms, obviously be weary near busy times such as christmas, they have regular deliveries so their not often out of stock and they have plenty of sales and special offers throughout the year at great prices.

This store also has a fairly comprehensive DVD and CD section, but the prices are too inflated to be able to compete with online retailers, the occasional good offer can be found, but this is rare. This store also has an impressive range of stationery, folders, cards and art supplies too. The magazine selection is probably the most comprehensive I have ever seen, if you can't find it here, then you probably wont find it anywhere! The number of tills ensures that there is never much of a queue, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

There are lots of tills so there are hardly any queues. The shop is very bright and colourful and you feel good when you're in there. Is is also not too expensive so treat yourself ;-) There are seats where you can sit and put some headphones on and listen to music (good for your boyfriend while he waits for you to look at all the shoes they have haha)

This place is great for up to date fashions at reasonable prices but why can they not do more in…read morepetite sizes. I do shop here a lot but not for trousers or jeans because I can never find any short legs. The shoes are cheap and good quality and the underwear is a bit hit and miss at times. They do carry a good range of mens clothes too especially snazzy boxers.

The clothing is quite unique and different to most clothes you would find on the high street although, it does remind me of european fashion. The styles which they stock are great and the prices are very reasonable to say it is a branded product. Sizing is an issue in this store because it is very confusing and this is where the brilliant and helpful staff come in very handy. The shop is very tidy and all the clothes are presented well. I would buy more clothes from here if they changed the collections more often.
