Very bad experiences with Jays News. They brand themselves as a 'collect plus' facility, but when trying to post a collect plus parcel, I was told by the young guy behind the counter that he didn't know how to process this. The person, who apparently would normally deal with these issues was away for 'several weeks'. He then recommended McColls as a collect plus agent (they don't in fact deal with collect plus parcels) and became rude when I suggested to him that a shop which calls itself a 'collect plus' outlet should be able to offer collect plus facilities. read more
