Will now be traveling out of town for help would avoid wasting your time here. Update - call me a liar or stupid then because when I was in I asked will the rough draft shirts be done by the end of the week and you said yes... then proceeded to tell me when I came in the following Monday that you said it was only the invoice that would be ready? Why did it take 3 weeks for an invoice you know specifically I asked for the rough draft shirts stop putting words in my mouth you led me on for over 3 weeks I waited patiently... rude?... I literally walked in asked for my shirts back and left I said 6 words to you can I have my shirts back and left I had nothing to say to you if that's rude then you are on your own. Take care.

They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Their pricing was better than the local office chain store. I had some concerns about the binder used for the copies I had printed, but they were very attentive, and addressed my concerns in a very expeditious manner. The original binder presented some problems for shipping....but, they were able to provide a much more suitable binder for my needs. Thank you for going the extra mile!!! The original binder worked, but the new binding is so much better for shipping and storage. A Plus!!! I would recommend this printer to anyone who needs printing or copying in the Enfield, CT area.
