First of all, I hate x-rays and I hate getting irradiated for any reason. So I was really angry to find out the x-rays were of my spine not my hamstring and they didn't even bother asking why I was there!! Or telling me what they were doing!!! I assumed they had my appointment info. (Will they charge for these??? We'll see) The second thing I wanted to say is that I switched my claim to Workmen's Comp. I had to deal with bcunning@floridaortho.com. He is the worst. VERY rough manner and no one including even his own staff members can get a hold of him when they need something. So good luck trying to schedule something if you're on Workmen's Comp and you are in pain. I'm sure the doctors are great, but I can't see myself having to deal with him or any other incompetence moving forward. And now I lost an entire week.

I confirmed this a second time before getting off the phone. I had one visit. I then received a bill despite being told Medicare would be covering the entire visit. I wrote back a personal communication about having been promised that Medicare would cover ALL of the visit. The response I got back was another bill and then was sent to collections. Ideally, one keeps promises once made. And, ideally, when a personal communication comes in to a practice, a personal communication should be its response.
