I'm now in my early forties and have done marble and granite fabrication and installation, tile work, remodeling, and wood working. My work has always been labor intensive and have always had the chronic back pain to go along with it. After chewing through my skepticism of acupuncture and getting tired of temporary relief from chiropractors I decided to give acupuncture a shot. I wish I had done it years ago. Shes more than someone just jabbing needles in you. She takes the time to figure out the source of your ailment and correct that instead of going after the symptom. As well as the acupuncture she has also done cupping and percussion therapy. She is very knowledgeable and personable. I can't say enough good things about her and I would highly recommend to anyone having chronic pain.

Sharon Kelly wasn't a good massage therapist - she is an exceptionally GREAT therapist. The spa is neat, clean, and oh so welcoming. I will be back, for sure. Sharon is also easy to communicate with during the massage so I got just the exact amount of pressure where I really needed it. Book an appointment with Sharon. You will not be disappointed!!!!

A dear friend referred me to Kecia Fowler and I'm forever grateful to her because Kecia is perfect for me and for everyone She is calm, kind, listens well, asks leading questions to help draw information from me that it is relevant to my healing. I felt totally safe with her, right at our first meeting. Kecia has taught me so many helpful lessons like, I don't need to remember my trauma to forgive and or release it, to me that was HUGE! She also does this thing called Zero Balancing where she reads the energy flow through within the body and can detect blockages and with her gentle touch and acupuncture needles she can help get things back into a balanced flow. I love that at every session we talk first about what's going on and how I'm feeling emotionally and physically, because every little detail means something and the more she knows the better she can help me heal myself. I'd like to say it's like magic but it's not, it's the ancient art of Chinese medicine and acupuncture. In the beginning while I was going through the hard times of healing and letting go, I saw Kecia often but now that I feel amazing I still see her once a month for maintenance so I stay feeling great. If I have my way, I'll see Kecia for the rest of my life

It has helped with other issues. However, going to Art of Acupuncture is another whole level! It is like going to a high end resort spa - decor, music, candles, heated massage bed- along with the acupuncture. So it is emotionally, mentally, and physically rejuvenating. Katie brings another level to it with her caring and her ability to adapt the needle placement to changing emotional, mental, and physical issues. I started here with lots of physical issues that had happened all at once and the trauma of the two storms during this time of physical pain and medical issues. I had almost no energy and no appetite. This pain and symptoms had lasted for 4 months and physical therapy did not help. After 4 sessions with Katie, I was able to walk normally and with no pain in knee, no rib pain from costochondritis, and my energy was flowing again. I felt mentally and physically capable of getting out and enjoying things again. My energy is flowing. She gave me advice that I actually took because of her knowledge and her caring attitude and that has also made a big difference. Now that I am feeling well, I am still going to go at least once a month because it may be the best thing I have ever done to feel better. Just talking with Katie is like great therapy, and then the spa environment, and the effects of the acupuncture - what a great experience. Marianne at the front desk is very helpful. Also, the way Katie does the needles, they don't hurt. I might feel 2 of them and am not even aware of the others.

I highly recommend Palm Harbor Chiropractic! I have been going to Dr. Gallagher for many years now…read more He is very kind, extremely gentle, very knowledgeable and has several ways of treating neck and back pain. The office staff are always there to help and are always very nice and accommodating. When I first presented to Palm Harbor Chiropractic, I was having terrible neck and back pain after a car accident that happened years before. After a thorough consultation and then examination, I was sent to get an MRI. I was told that I had degenerative arthritis that looked to be bad enough to require surgery in my neck. Not being happy with that diagnosis, I chose to give manipulation a try first. I opted for the seated activator method that was immediately followed by iced TENS treatment and was given instructions on how to ice my neck myself at home. After several months of extensive treatment, I am very happy to say that for the past several years I have been maintaining a happy spine with once a month or as needed treatments. There is never any pressure to do more treatments than I feel necessary to maintain a healthy spine and I really appreciate that fact as I have been pressured by other doctors in the past.

Their office is immaculate and clean and so is their equipment. I know I get the best care here and am already feeling better. I think out of any other dr office, that Palm Harbor Chiropractor deserves a 5 star rating for sure and this is the best money spent because my health is so important and I'm on the road to recovery. Thank you, Dr. Gallagher!
