We have a beautiful but old BMW (1986) which is in excellent condition. Mr. Alain Denoncourt who owns the Varennes franchise is the only mechanics that we trust to work on our BMW. He is very competent, very efficient and has our entire trust. We know that he will not suggest frivolous repairs that are not needed and we know that the work he does is always well done. We have followed Mr. Denoncourt from his former location to this new Varennes location. We highly recommend his services and this garage to anyone needing a competent/dependable and trustworthy garage. Furthermore, the manager Mr. Sylvain Chartier is a real pleasure to deal with. He is very professional and courteous. It should be noted that I don't speak much French and both Mr. Denoncourt and Mr. Chartier make tremendous efforts to talk to me in English which is not their first language. It is greatly appreciated.

Regardless, I took the option. When I picked up the car five hours later, it was unrecognizable. Any and all marks left by the bikes were gone. The car was spotless and dustless through and through, inside and out. I can't recommend them highly enough. They did the work cut- rate but took no measure of that whatsoever. And now, I'll be back to them next year and pay the full price.
