It's due to the fact that my family physician is super friendly and good spirited - always. Portland (a lot like my hometown) is very down to earth and welcoming. Thank you, Family Practice of Jay County, for keeping my business! Though I will most likely switch to a doctor in Indianapolis at some point, it will only be because of convenience purposes.
