Today, I experienced yet another example of quality patient service...just wanted to give a BIG shout out to GiGi in Radiology. I then traveled to the imaging center where I met Sapphire. she told me she didn't have the paperwork. I tried to tell her to call the lady at scheduling and all I could get from her was she didn't have the paperwork. This kept going in circles and she would never contact scheduling. Finally she was talking on the phone to someone and stated that some people are too dumb to understand. That's when I left. VA scheduled another appointment at a different set with the same hospital due to I require a special MRI due to heart stints. Go here and guess. They don't show the appointment. if you dread going to the doctor use Citizens. Don't worry you won't get in.

This nice big waiting room should have this access for those of us waiting. There are boxes all over the hallway by the elevators. Rarely is someone sitting at the front desk. I wasn't allowed back with my husband for pre-op and didn't get to speak with the doctor. When I was finally let back, the nurse that came in didn't even know my husband had already spoken to the dr. There are no tissue boxes anywhere, but they made sure to put red white and blue decor EVERYWHERE. Get this place in better shape! Editing in real time: not one person who works here told us the dr would call my personal cell phone with an update. Given the level of spam we all have to deal with these days, a heads up would've been nice so that I would've answered an unknown caller. So once again, I didn't get to speak to the doctor.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic, especially nurse practitioner, Karen McEuen. She is friendly and warm, and is quite adept at not only pinpointing the causes of problems, but effective remedies, as well. She does not waste a moment's time to set in motion and coordinate a treatment process, especially when the situation is urgent. The clinic staff responds quickly to phone calls and other requests. My experience with this clinic has been top-notch, and I highly recommend them.

I was instructed by to fill out a new patient packet, in the link. I text the link back and said I was unable to locate the packet, I received another text with the same instruction. The same information for the same problem was not the answer. The day of the zoom a call from a caller from the office, was upset that they had no packet nor copies of insurance or license, I was told I cannot be seen and the wait and day I took off are in vein. I ask to speak to the callers supervisor. A medical assist then talked to me, and attempted to explain that it's not the office fault nor problem. I asked to speak to her supervisor and of course only medical assistant's are running the office of that size today as "Ruby" the clinical boss is at a seminar. Overall they are not helpful, rude and very condescending and passive aggressive.
