Swinging through this quaint jewel of a town in route to further western exploration. This local coffee shop had just the decadents I was looking for as I waited on my family to greet the day. Absolutely love this place! I go there for lunch everyday I'm in town for business. Grilled Sandwich Paninis are delicious and every dessert is mind blowing! I keep trying to like this place thinking the past experience was a fluke. Everytime I'm greeted with a non-smiling employee that just asks what I'd like. Its a coffee house, I like coffee; so I order coffee and watch them pour coffee from an airpot and then heat it up with the steamer- it tastes old. The pastries LOOK good; for that they get the one star, but the sandwiches are beyond disappointing. In words from a friend after sharing this writeup but before sending it, they said: "Oh really? Yeah, I had the worst breakfast sandwich of my life there". The breakfast burrito is in this odd cone shape looking like they are attempting to put an artistic flair on an underwhelming item. Today it was the Everything Inc's Sam on a croissant. Very greasy and pathetic looking. Looks like a microwaved egg, microwaved sausage patty, and a weird "soup" of shredded potatoes in a mayo-cheese "sriracha sauce" on the sausage patty. It is described as "Sausage, egg, cheddar, potatoes, green peppers, onions, and sweet sriracha sauce". This place has so many great reviews and I'm convinced it is purely due to lack of anywhere else. Luckily there are other coffee shops and cafes opening. read more

Used to love this place but sadly over the years and new management it has gone downhill. Their prices are going up and they have changed their coffee to a cheaper brand that is not as good. The staff acts annoyed when you are served. It has really changed and I am not sure its worth going there anymore. read more

A welcome oasis of cafe culture right there in Sheridan! I felt quite at home there, coming from the Bay Area. The coffee was tasty, the wifi was speedy, and the bathroom was clean. Only slight issues were that the bathroom was only one single stall, and the drip coffee took quite a long time to make. But those were small issues - I'd definitely go there again. read more

They just opened a drive-thru near Albertsons on the south side of town which is awesome too. Don't miss the store connected to the coffee shop. Good coffee with really nice staff, lots of tables, an assortment of pastry and lunch treats (which I haven't tried) and entrance into a chi-chi clothes shop next door. Got a short breve and was very pleased. Given this land of Folgers and Starbucks, I appreciated the description of what each coffee drink was by their interpretation (you never when you're gonna order a machiatto and get a sugary frappe whatever). It was the only place I saw on this trip with Sugar in the Raw available. I hear they have live music on summer evenings. read more

Good place, both in product and delivery. Everything you'd expect of a solid coffee shop in a more civilized area. Friendly, just grungy enough to be a living room. A community spot, sometimes noisy with piano and conversation, an excellent shore to wash up on if you're a 'coffee shop writer' or someone who simply wants to touch the surrounding community. Please don't call it hip though, the natives will gather outside with pitchforks. One of the four best coffee spots I've found yet in Wyoming. Front sidewalk seating is good, big glass garage-type door, just inset a bit from the sidewalk and shaded. Seating avail outback, too, but a little less pleasant and wifi is weak. read more

My favorite coffee shop in Sheridan! Sitting on the patio and people watching in the summer is wonderful. Even thought this place has changed ownership a few times, I appreciate that it still has the same vibe and feeling when you walk in. I love the idea of live music, but the grand piano inside is quite loud. It's difficult to hear across the table. Perhaps a stand up piano would be more appropriate? The pastries here always used to catch my eye, but on my last time in all I could look at were the weird bars made of cereal treats- not exactly the classy, flakey, delicious bakery items I remembered. The drink menu is fabulous, and I've never had anything I didn't like. During peak hours the service can be slow, but it's worth it for the great coffee! read more

I was visiting the cute town of Sheridan, Wy and stopped my the coffee place to get a snack and a drink for my daughter. Staff were not friendly. Maybe it's because I'm a tourist, because they were much friendlier to the locals. It took 15 minutes just to get a PB and J sandwich with a couple chips on a plate. I would skip this place and find another place to get your coffee fix. Coming from a big city in California it would be nice to get a hometown feeling. read more

Just went on a week long roadtrip and yelp was always there for me...except when the reviews for lunch in Sheridan directed me here. Wyoming is tough in general for vegetarians, but this place was a huge disappointment. Our parents ordered and paid for their lunch first and were able to order pizza. One minute later and when I ordered, they had stopped serving cheese pizzas for the day. Super. I'll try the veggie wrap and get my husband a grilled cheese. Both were failures. I couldn't even finish half of the veggie wrap, it was so dry and blah tasting. If I just wanted lettuce and cucumbers, I would have gone to the grocery store. Put some dressing or something on there, cripes!  Husband hated the grilled cheese due to dry, tasteless bread. Threw most of it away, what a waste of money. Two stars because my mother in law liked her potato soup and my dog liked the roast beef and cheese half sandwich we gave him.  And the staff was nice. But if you're a vegetarian, avoid this place.    read more
