We arrived a bit early & only had a very short wait for my teen to go in to be seen. I appreciate nearly always being able to get in when needed in a prompt time frame. I'm so glad! Everyone in the office is very kind, patient, and professional. I dropped off my images ahead of time as requested. I later met with Dr. Eads, who went over the results with me. He was very matter of fact about everything, and honest in his evaluation. While he was telling us his opinion of the MRI results, he also did a couple of in office tests. He had me get some follow up treatment, which has worked wonders! If my back requires more work, i feel like I'm in completely capable hands. Now that I know what chronic pain feels like, I never want to go near it again! If you get referred here, you're in for some great care.

My husband and I have been taking our son to this office since he was born last year. And throughout, we have been so impressed with their compassion, professionalism and knowledge. You can read my previous review for a lot of the nuts and bolts of this. And since I wrote that, we've had to take my son to this office on a few occasions, especially after he started daycare and inevitably got colds and minor sicknesses. Each time, we were able to either get some answers quickly via the phone or get an appointment, usually the same day. They have also been on top of switching what they could to telemedicine during this pandemic and working to keep everyone as safe as possible. It's a relief to know that my son is in such great hands with Dr. Slone and the rest of the providers at this office.

I've heard the doctors there are fine but geez, first impression matters, and Columbus Peds made me feel like my child was welcome as a new patient. Anyway, I saw half the staff during my extended hospital stay with my daughter due to her needing extra care and all but one was extremely pleasant and helpful to talk to. The doctor, Dr. Rachel Woods, that we ended up settling with is great! We've been seeing her for over a year and a half now and I have few if any complaints. She's very laid back as far as respecting my parenting and trusting my judgment on what works for my child and she keeps us very in the loop as far as where my kids at growth wise and development wise. I never feel like a question is a stupid one and she definitely makes me feel at ease as far as her caring about my child's health. Not to say that my daughter loves the doctors office (and really who does?) but Dr Woods is very pleasant and cheerful when working with her and it goes about as well as it can. I'll be bringing my son to her as well when he arrives in a few months! I've never had to make an appointment or walk in so I can't speak on that but, all of our well visits have gone smoothly with very short wait times.
