Adding to that stress, was some issues that we're looming over me, creating a sense chaos and anxiety to my life that was hard to deal with. I found Brian Tillman through a friend that recommended him to me. I sat down with Brian at his office and felt that for the first time in those two years, someone took the time to not only hear me, but empathize with me regarding my circumstances. The process was long and confusing, it wasn't by our choosing, but Brian was extremely communicative and knowledgeable through the whole process and made sure that I knew everything that was going on. He stayed on top of my case, and after a sometime of dealing with it, both of my cases we're dismissed - which was the outcome that we were expecting. He understood the looming anxiety that I was experiencing and every time I felt frustrated, angry and discouraged, Brian was there with a word of encouragement and a "Hang in there" when I truly needed it. It was good to hear that from my attorney, he helped get me through some pretty rough times. I have zero issues in recommending Brian Tillman as your attorney, he truly cares, he'll do right by you. I can't thank him enough. I would say, I'd definitely use him again, but I sure as hell hope I dont have to, but...if I do, he's definitely my guy.

His pricing was very reasonable, considering he saved me many thousands of dollars with the contract he was able to end early. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Jack!

Sooooo yeah. I'll keep these people in mind on WHO NOT TO CALL IF I EVER NEED HELP. I think being in any kind of business you should still show a little compassion, maybe direct or refer me to somebody who will know what to do and say "thank you" for calling us "I'm sorry, we are unable to assist you" "good luck"... somebody like myself will REMEMBER HOW YOU MADE ME FEEL. Not important just because I wasn't "hurt". That lady needs to learn some hospitality and sound like you love what you do.

I decided I wanted to meet with him in person eventhough I was given the option to discuss my case over the phone. Not having any experience in how the justice system works, i thought it would be important for Mr Hunsberger to hear my take on the situation, a traffic violation. So not necessary, he knows the system inside and out. He quickly summed up to a tee, how it works, what was going to happen, and that I didn't even have to go to court. He would take care of all that. And boy did he. Two of the charges were dropped and the 3rd one required a fee... and after a small waiting period with no violations, the 3rd charge would never hit my driving record. Everything he said was accurate. His fees are reasonable. Mr Hunsberger is as honest and upright as they get. A good person to represent your interests. btw, I found Mr Hunsberger via Yelp. I felt comfortable with the reviews posted. I especially liked his office location. I didn't have to go downtown. A wise choice.

I'm not sure where the bar for legal assistance is, but Makenna far exceeds that. At any point when they were open I could call and get a very timely response about any questions I had. Overall I've heard that our legal system is a nightmare, but with Jamie Spencer as my attorney my experience was overall positive. I think beyond his experience it's his social charisma which helps make him a good attorney. He talks in such a manner that is uplifting, and from what I've seen in court he has a very positive relationship with other lawyers and judges, which is a god-send from the air of supuriority you usually get from lawyers. I have no complaints, and I think you should pick up the phone and see if this guy can help you with your legal problems. You'll thank me later.

Most disappointed that she would cite moral and ethical standards. Just our luck, of all the attorneys out there, we get one that fancies herself a flag bearer for lawyers with a conscious. The real reason was she just didn't want to work that hard for the money. Every conversation we had with her was billed down to the second and then there were recurring charges to review our file. Don't know why we would have expected her to know more about our case while doing all that reviewing because we would generally have to preface our conversations with briefings.
