They advised that my business was only worth $150k, which really surprised me. They gave numerous half hearted excuses as to why, but, I politely excused myself and left. Note that I listed it with another local broker who sold it within the first week at just under $1,000,000.00. Do your homework. There's plenty to f qualified people out there.... these folks don't happen to be that!!

The process to rent shouldn't be this difficult for anyone looking for a home or place to move into. There's a way to be more efficient and effective in how things are being done. Figure it out soon. We have attempted to contact them multiple times regarding wild parties and altercations between multiple underage drinkers going on till 6am at one of the rental homes in European Parc in Clovis. The most recent overnight circus was on Saturday night October 3rd through Sunday morning at appropriately 6am. The same house, on another alcohol and Marijuana fueled occasion, was kind enough to let multiple underage teenagers wonder up to homes late at night looking to park thier cars or releave thier bladders on another neighbors lawn. Regency Property Management is failing to meet the needs of its clients at European Parc as they need to do a better job when renting to people that disregard and disrespect the home owners in the community. Its becoming apparent that the only HOA rules that are enforced are the appearance of a home or its landscaping and not the safety or consideration of the home owners.

Although my rental property of 31 years was sold within a reasonable time what prompted me to write…read morethis negative review was the information that was "hidden" until the last days of closing. My business partner and I agreed to a 6% commission but what we did not know was that London Properties was taking 3 1/2 percent of the 6. That may not seem to be a big deal however they never told us this upfront and when buyers with their agents are looking for properties, agents will look at the commission offered to the buyers agent. ( it's customary to split the 6% evenly) Thus, some agents will not look at properties with lower commissions. This could reduce the exposure to your property and we believe this happened. There were other issues with our agent but the final straw was that London Properties wanted to collect an additional $79.95 signing fee at closing! When we signed up with them ( we were not aware of this nor did they point this out) 3 months prior to the close. They have this hidden fee that they want to collect at closing. So in essence they made approximately $4000 more than the buyers agent and wanted to collect an additional $79.95 fee. I have bought and sold several properties for 33 years and this was the worst real estate transaction I ever encountered. The answers we were given when we questioned some of our concerns showed lack of experience and knowledge ( as well as honesty) If you are considering selling or buying properties in the Madera area I would strongly suggest to look elsewhere.
