Although this is a Florida Health Care Plan Pharmacy and the staff was very welcoming fortunately I…read morehave no prescription needs. I came here to meet with my Medicare Supplement Insurance Advisor / Provider Cori who is employed by Berlin & Denys and periodically works out of this pharmacy. I wanted to be prepared as my retirement approached and although I did a lot of due diligence on my own having an expert in your corner to help you navigate through the Medicare and health insurance process is essential. All of us are aware of the "annual enrollment period" that big insurance companies constantly bombard us with on television through paid celebrities endorsements, that alone shows me how profitable health care is and something I want to fully understand prior to making any decisions to reduce my financial exposure when it comes to my health care. The government's Part A and Part B plans are pretty simple to apply for but that's where the simplicity ends and if you don't have a qualified representative that is trustworthy to guide you though the endless options you may find yourself hung out to dry with catastrophic expenses even with Medicare if the unthinkable happens to you. This process doesn't have to be complicated and having the opportunity to meet face to face for your initial consultation rather than cold calling a number recommended by a paid advertisement can really make the difference. Do yourself a favor and put your mind at ease knowing you have the coverage you need no matter your situation...

They respond promptly to electronic orders and do and excellent job communicating the status every step of the way. I have never had to wonder what's goin on with a perscription. If I could give **Sun Coast Legacy Advisors** and their representative **Justin Stafford** zero…read morestars, I absolutely would. We have been doing business with Justin for two years, and every single year it is the same frustrating experience -- he is NEVER available. Not occasionally busy. Not hard to reach during peak season. Completely unavailable. You cannot simply call and speak to him. You must schedule an appointment through his call service, and the earliest availability is typically three weeks out -- just to have a conversation. Three weeks to speak to someone who is supposed to be managing your financial matters is unacceptable. When you are dealing with financial planning and legacy decisions, responsiveness matters. Communication matters. Client access matters. This company fails in all three. If Sun Coast Legacy Advisors or Justin Stafford appears in your search results, do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. Save yourself the frustration.

It has cost me small fortune to follow their advice and switch from a plan with a slightly higher deductions from my monthly SS check to save some monthly dollars. They talk a great game but gave me poor advice. Thousands of dollars of testes which I have every year and used to be completely covered, now cost me hundreds in co-pays. My outlays probably outweigh my monthly saving 10 - 1. Bottom line, You have to be your own consultant and do your homework. You can't even trust the professionals. I believe they're well-intentioned but in the end, the consumer suffers the mistakes
