The ONLY method of contact they offer is an email address--and I'm not sending them my credit card information in an unsecured email address. Total bull, as they're going to court to garnish me on Tuesday, and I literally can't pay them the money I owe because they've made it impossible to do so. Not everyone works M-F 9-5 and can call during 'office hours.' If they want to be paid as a collections firm, the LEAST they could do is have an automatic phone payment system, or a website that accepts payments, or literally any way to pay aside from... sending someone an email?
