Was a little apprehensive about visiting after the recent negative press, but we had free tickets from a charity auction for Hilltop clinic and thus we were locked in to pay a visit regardless. Museum hours are 9 AM to 4 PM and we leisurely drove in at 10 AM on a Thursday thinking that would be more than enough time to experience all they have to offer. Boy, were we wrong! Started with the indoor experiences in the Main Street area spending a minimum of 15 minutes to a maximum of 45 minutes per room(could easily have been more if we weren't trying to experience the whole thing, FOMO). Our favorites were the bubble factory(kids can encase themselves into a giant bubble!) and the grocery store with a pizza oven. Once we moved on from Main Street, we went to Explorer's Hall where there's a faux camping area, real life airplane cockpit, climbing wall, sand area with dinosaur fossils, and aquarium where we spent close to an hour. Broke for lunch at the cafe there where the food is terrible but edible(which we were expecting so no points lost there). Orders are placed thru an app, which didn't work for us due to poor signal so ordered at the front desk instead. Explored upstairs afterward, which had a STEM area which was the most enjoyable place for our 7 year old. Compressed air pipes, kinetic energy ball machines, bed of nails etc. Our 4 year old went to Roessler Hall downstairs, which had a large slide and water mill play area that kept her occupied for some time. Finally, we went to the outdoor exhibits which are fairly sizable in their own right. We started off with a train ride that leaves at the top of every hour. It's a good way to get a feel for everything offered outside(especially when the weather is hotter) to help pick and choose what's worth doing. There's playground areas, a sensory garden, walking trail/pond among other things. Overall, the visit was above my expectations and I would come back again for a day trip! read more

This is my grandkids, favorite play place ever! I would suggest you pack a lunch and plan on spending the day. You can take your lunch inside and they have a big cafeteria where they will hold it until you're ready to come and eat. Or you're welcome to leave the facility and go have lunch and come back as long as you have your wristband on. They have the coolest interactive play stations throughout and they change periodically so it's not the same the next time you go back. So so much fun! read more

Such a cute place! Teachers and daycare staff should totally plan regular field trips here because the children will have long memories. Even adults I speak with still talk about their school field trips here. Totally worth it. The parking is easy so we have been many times just because of that. I didn't have to pay to park or walk a long distance with toddlers. I think this museum is good for elementary school children because they have an outdoor play area, indoor play areas, a pretend grocery store, art area, bubble area, and more. We have been plenty of times when the cafeteria area is closed which is fine; just ask them before visiting the hours in case you plan to eat lunch there. Everyone is nice who works there. We felt welcomed each time. There's a gift shop with items children will like at the entrance. read more

My kids love this PLACE, even better than the science museum in OKC. Highly recommend, lots of great rotating exhibits as well.

We are so glad we were able to visit! So many cool things here. My oldest took some time to read to the dog, my youngest got to be a judge (I think I was the attorney), they both loved the water play area best - making dams, playing with the water spouts, using the pulley system. There was so much to do and we were there for 4 hours and probably could have spent another 4 and still not done everything. read more

"We can't please everybody." - An on-duty employee when I raised a concern. The exhibits were a good mix for children of multiple ages, however the staff was terrible; I interacted with multiple employees & each explained how they were not responsible for an issue rather than addressing the issue. The behavior of the staff ruined our family's experience. Honestly, had we not had to interact with the employees I would have rated the place 5 stars. As it stands, any business that conducts itself in a manner that is disrespectful of the people it claims to serve has no right collecting donations from the people & businesses in those communities. read more

We love this place. We got the ok science museum pass and upgraded to include the museum network that includes access to jasmine moran. Totally worth it! We've made the drive from OKC to this museum 4x in 6 months. Our little one loves it so much. 3 year old and plenty to do. The school groups can be a hassle but they usually eat lunch as a group and head out after that. So we always play while they are eating. Then we go eat after they're done w their lunches. Then they're gone and we have almost the whole place to ourselves or just small groups of families. We pack a lunch for the kids and make a day of it. Usually have so much to do inside, we only make time for the train and he's ready to go by then! But there's plenty to do outside and inside. read more

We went in expecting our 2 year old to be able to play but she couldn't because there were so many older kids that were just pushing her around acting crazy. If schools are gonna be there they need to keep there kids under control and they need to teach there kids to learn how to walk and be nice ! There were no cute shirts and also no shirts for toddlers. There were so many people it was overwhelming and if you asked if I would ever go there again it would be a no. I have never seen so many kids act the way they did and they were just out of control. read more

Hours and hours of fun here! Just as much to do here as the Omniplex in Oklahoma City. And it's way less crowded. The train ride is pretty fun, even for adults, and only costs $1.50 per person. Lots of comfortable sitting for the adults when the kiddos are discovering :) read more

My kids have been to at least eight children's museums in five different states. So far, Jasmine Moran is the best we've seen. It's large enough that even busloads of children don't make it feel crowded, and on slow days you can feel like you have the place to yourself. Prices are lower than some big-city children's museums, yet the exhibits are plentiful and the play stations are well-constructed and imaginative. The outside area is wonderful too, and very large, including a low-price train ride around the grounds and a maze that's fun (except in the hottest days of summer). My children most enjoyed the very realistic airplane cockpit, the ambulance/doctor area, and the car repair shop, but they enjoyed the rest of it too. Parking is free, unlike some big-city museums. If I had to criticize, and I usually do in an attempt to be fair: (1) It's closed on Mondays, which meant we couldn't visit during some of our trips to Seminole, (2) The website looks (and operates) like a site from the late 1990s and could stand a thorough makeover, and (3) there's a dearth of places to take kids to lunch in Seminole (though this isn't the museum's fault. read more

By far exceeded my expectations and THEN some! Based on my experience with Children's Museums, I only planned for us to stay 2 hours max as I was sure my almost 2 year old would be bored at that point. I was so wrong! We could have easily stayed for a few more hours had they not been closing for the day. I was also concerned that it might be too old for my toddler...I was also wrong! He had a great time in all of the exhibits but I also think that older kids would have a great time. They had career & industry-related exhibits that included facts on the walls. I was disappointed with the lack of staff they had working on Friday, May 15th. You would think with them expecting several buses along with normal traffic the areas would have had several people working. Not the case. In the snack bar they had ONE person working the whole time. Line was long and moved very slow. The art area did not have someone there to stock more mask/drawing papers for the kids to create and color on. The train had one woman working taking tickets, shutting gates and opening them and trying to give kids directions. The people I did come in contact with were very nice and cordial. Such a fun place for kids of all ages! We always end up staying for hours, so we take lunches. We started taking our kids when they were about 2ish. We just went last week. Our oldest is now 11, so he wasn't as entertained with everything like the younger ones were, but he still had fun. read more

LOVE this place! Been coming for years as a kid, and now with my own. It just gets better with every visit. Far more affordable then the big city museums, tons to do, and the memberships are a great deal. Plan on spending a whole day - you'll need it to see everything inside and out. Well this was a bad experience for us. On the jungle gym playground exhibit my daughter cut her finger really bad. The staff just brushed it off like if it happens a lot. I demanded management shut down the exhibit for the safety of the other children. Being short staffed it took forever and another little girl was cut in the meantime. To expensive for how short staffed it was. Don't waist your time just go to the big one in OKC. read more

I haven't taken my 2 boys to multiple children's museums and this is by far the best one I have been to. I have had multiple friends drive far distances to meet at this one. It is good for a wide range of ages. We also pack our lunch and there are great places to eat inside or outside. The staff is always very friendly. We can easily spend half a day here. My only complaint is I wish we could know ahead of time if there are going to be multiple field trips at one time. It can get crowded fast with multiple schools there plus the public. read more
