My latest experience is what led me to write this 1-star review. If they had 0 stars I would have given it. First off, they DO NOT do the rug cleaning in-house, they contract it out to a dry cleaner. Which means they are the "middle-man" and price it out accordingly. Secondly, they claim to have "Eco-friendly" and "kid-friendly" products to clean the carpet but how can they guarantee that if it is contracted out? On my most recent occasion of receiving the carpet back I could smell the chemicals used to clean it. Thirdly, this latest experience I have not received my carpet back and it has been over a month. When they FINALLY called me back, I requested a discount considering they have had my carpet for over a month, only fair in my opinion. They completely declined this as if it wasn't their fault. They have lost a good customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, STAY AWAY. Many other competitors that are cheaper and offer better service. Just do the research.

I used Fully Completely for duct work cleaning. Staff were courteous, punctual and had pride in…read moretheir work. My issue however was not with on-site staff, it was with office management. The mantra the service staff said was that they "leave the premises in the manner they found it". Well they did, except for one thing. Their high powered vac tripped one of my breakers and when they put the machine up to full throttle again, it fried the breaker. This meant no power in my living room and 1/2 of the adjacent home office. After trying to remedy the situation, the two man crew had to go to their next appointment. They did call their office taking some ownership in the problem. The next business day, I contacted management at the Fully Completely office and was advised that a licensed electrician would be arranged to come out to my premises and to investigate the problem in an effort to remedy the situation. After no return call after two days, I spoke to another manager who weaseled out of any responsibility. My electrical system in my house was working fine for the 13+ years that we've been here and to me it is unfair that I should be on the hook for a problem caused by an outside contractor. The bottom line here is that this company performed good work, initially,with a competent crew. However the office management dropped the ball and were disrespectful and unfeeling with the plight of their customers. Shameful. I would not recommend this company to any one in good conscience. Potential customers should enter into an arrangement with a contractor with 100% confidence that from commencement of a project to completion, that the company will be fair and have their back. This is what should happen when two parties enter a contract in good faith. Sadly it certainly did not happen here
