Staff aren't responsive. Music so loud you can't hear yourself think. Security isn't professional, loose battle belt and magazines flopping around. Unaware of their surroundings. read more

Well for a dispensary this is the first one 1 I've seen were they need a armed guard with a gun and I've been to dispensaries in Detroit New Baltimore and Memphis 2nd it takes a very long time to get in and it's in a spot we're there is no parking read more

My experience was absolutely awful. Turned 21 recently and went in for the first time. I put in an online order and took it home! I had ordered 4 cartridges. When I got home, I opened up one box, and it was completely empty. The next two boxes I opened were empty as well. I was very upset and called, spoke to customer care and was told to go back to the store and speak with a manager. I got there and was told to wait at the check in counter while someone figured out the issue. After about 5 minutes, a man told me to come back into the room with him. He tells me that it's very strange that this happened. It's never happened with this brand before, and usually the other carts in the shipment will be empty as well, but they weren't. Very passive aggressive and I can sense that he is suspicious, which I understand, it seems hard to believe. So he grabs the boxes from the bag and opens them up slowly showing me that these new carts are all full. On the third box, I made a comment about how the plastic tube that holds the carts weren't even in there and how it was so weird. He then looked up at me and glared. He didn't say anything for a few seconds and then just said "yyyeah." Very rude, and at this point I know he doesn't believe me. I walked out of the building and started sobbing in the car. I was alone and it was my first ever time going, so I was already very nervous. This man made me feel like I was a total piece of crap within our 2 minute conversation. I can't even describe it all into words. The redhead who worked the counter was super sweet. She told me that the person on carry out has not been checking the packages before giving them to customers and that has already been a problem. As for the male manager (I assume?) he should NOT be working there. Staff should look into their coworkers and make sure they aren't stealing the supply. I would not recommend anyone to go here ever. read more

I priced out a few shops in town and for what you get, The Flower Niche seemed the most reasonably priced. I called them on Friday to place an order for the FTD stunning beauty bouquet to be delivered on Tuesday for our anniversary. On Monday evening, Elisa was told to come in at 2pm the next day for a follow up appointment. I had to call up almost at close to ask if they could make sure the delivery was by 1:30pm so she could make her appointment and receive the flowers. The delivery person came early, and she was very happy. Lilies are her favorite so the Stargazer centerpiece was a nice touch. $70 for flowers is a lot for me. They must be worth it as that is the going rate with delivery fees, and for her smile, I have no regrets. I do appreciate the overall service and accommodations and would say 4.5 out if 5 only for the price because service was great. This is a smaller shop over by where I used to live and I like supporting local smaller businesses. They were the best price in town and easy to work with.

I'm autistic and really struggle to shop in dispensaries. They're loud, bright, and the process of selecting and purchasing weed itself is hard. However, when I came in on 8/1, a member of the staff named Georgia did an incredible job of making me as comfortable as I could be in that environment. She picked up pretty quickly on my anxiety and was very kind and helpful. Additionally, she did a great job picking out a strain I'd enjoy. Overall Jars is my go to dispo out of convenience, but she helped make it better. read more
