Huge texts messages completely lying and blaming me for what went down. I was 16 minutes late and my husband was in their office getting worked on. We had purposely staggered our appointments, because we are on our own for childcare. Office manager knew this when booking the appointment and I questioned their timing for our appointments. When my husband's appointment went over, I paid a babysitter to come help so I can get to the appointment. As I was driving there (only 5 minutes away). She told me I needed to rebook because they wouldn't have time for my cleaning anymore. No offer for me to wait to get checked out later. All lies in the harassing text message I got! OG post : Canceled my appointment on me, when they knew I would be late due to childcare issues. The office manager booked my appointment knowing my childcare issues and set me up to fail and has no sympathy. Cried my eyes out as a mom of 3 under 3.
