Gorgeous garden in the heart of the city, surrounded by restaurants, museums, the theater and short walks to the Basilica or Funicular, which takes you up to the top of the mountain. Gorgeous little walking paths, shaded by beautifully manicured trees, and dotted with water fountains. Mariachis hang around serenading people.
