The blonde who I am assuming is the Manager openly yelled at me telling me that it wasn't her problem that I acquired blisters and that there was nothing she could do for me because the shoes were "used". Please keep in mind that these boots were worn for 45 minutes total and I only had them on my person for about two days. Absolute refusal to help or meet me half way. I asked for a possible refund, exchange, store credit, something, but no help. I've never had a store employee yell at me. I left the boots because I couldn't wear them and went home and cried.
