Came 4hrs late…read more Tenants moved out and paid for hawl away. checked the property to find they had come and overflowed our private property trash cans along with our neighbors trash cans with most of the trash they were paid to hawl. They also stuffed motor oil and antifreeze into the recycling bin. They tried to hide an old propane tank behind a neighbor's trash bin. We watched the security cameras and saw them doing what I listed above. I called the number listed and the man that answered was clearly intoxicated. He told me he didn't do it. I advised him he was on camera and he told me "maybe it was me" He told me after I said I had him on camera that I "contradicted myself 20 times" But again, he was clearly drunk... after a few back and forth not so polite sentences he hung up. I know he was too intoxicated to remember his rude conversation with me but I said it's not a big deal if he didn't want to take certain things. He could have just told us (the owners) instead of stuffing all the nearby bins full and upsetting the whole neighborhood.
