Dr. Hund asked me to get a letter from my Oncologist stating the dangers of X-Rays for my body. My Oncologist wrote him a letter and he subsequently dropped me as a patient, and he did so by sending me a letter. No phone call, didn't say anything to me in the office...an impersonal letter. X-Rays generate money and apparently I did not. I am a veteran (23 years of service) and I am a cancer survivor. Dr. Hund does not care about any of that or about the people behind the patient. He discriminated against me and I think it is an egregious fact of Dr. Hund's ethical and moral code. Patient beware!

Dr. Wilmer suggested I get a wisdom tooth pull even though it was not bothering me at almost 50…read moreyears old, during a routine cleaning. I went and got it pulled and had problems ever since! I haven't eaten on that side of my mouth for two years. I go to see him months after the pull and he tells me " it looks like whoever pulled the tooth cracked the tooth beside it" so he sends me to his friend (affiliate) she tells me there is no crack but she sees a cavity and has to do a root canal. I refuse the root canal because I showed no cavity on X-ray. So, I go to another dentist NOT affiliated with them and he tells me he sees NO cavity and NO crack. My old insurance was running out ironically around the time my tooth started hurting so I went back to him because he was close and really wanted to see what he says this time. I gave him a recap of everything that happened and of course this time he sees no cavity or crack. I had a cleaning scheduled, again trying to use coverage, but the billing lady called and gave me a price larger than expected so I questioned it. And in rude form ,as she always is ,she gives attitude and tells me if I have two insurances by law she has to charge me both deductibles even if one covers it. I checked with three other dentists and they say that's not true. So, I cancel the appointment. I will be calling the dental board to find out this information as well. I guess this office doesn't believe in patients advocating for themselves ,because after I get a letter stating they will not service me any longer. What a joke! I wasn't coming back there anyhow!!! I was using that insurance up quick that expired in 2 days for a cleaning. Now that my new insurance has started I was definitely looking for a dentist and office that doesn't give bad advice, refer to affiliates , and respect their patients' rights! I find it quite odd that this practice was such highly recommended. My procedure was 10 mins…read morelong and in that 10 mins the dentist had 7 people barge into the room I was in. He clearly was not focused on what he was doing. My filling fell out after 1 week. After my filling was put in the dentist then did a sensitivity test on my lower teeth which had shifted a bit recommending I go to a specialist which was a bogus assessment. My teeth were fine and the specialist exposed that it was a poor assessment on Solomons behalf. Teeth move all the time and its no big deal. My wife went in as well and her filling fell out like mine within 1 week (different dentist) plus they buffed her tooth down too much so her retainer now doesn't fit. Complete amateur mistake. We now have paid hundreds upon hundreds elsewhere to fix their screw ups. Steer clear of this place in my opinion. I'd rate less than a 1 star if I could. Time to step up your game Solomon.

First visit for me, and it went very well…read more The offices was easy to find, lots of parking and the office was very clean and modern. The equipment was also very modern. Although my very kind hygienist had some issues with her xray machine, she deftly and professionally got me moved to another room and we got it done in no time. I am a very fearful/anxious dental patient, so feeling comfortable and relaxed without drugs is pretty darn awesome. This first visit was just a check up and cleaning, and I feel comfortable going back should I need further dental care. I did inquire about some kind of sedative should I need it for any future and more intensive treatments, and was told this was an option. Since I went there very close to Christmas time, I was lucky enough to see the totally beautiful holiday decor! It really made the whole experience feel that much more cozy. Check-in was a breeze, since they emailed me all the documents I needed to fill out ahead of time. Check out was also quick and easy. They accepted our dental insurance (you'll have to check with them about your own) and I like how my hygienist was conscientious about asking me what additional services I'd be interested in, and whether or not these would be covered.
