Never heard from Attorney Cutler again despite repeated attempts at communication. Fast forward 6 weeks and we receive serious IRS notification and we learn Cutler did nothing on our matter. I contacted the FL State Bar and they reached out to him. I fired him the same day. Attorney Cutler backdated a retainer agreement and attempted to coerce me into signing it! This guy is a hot mess and having been in the legal business myself for a long time, my advice is to stay away from these types of lawyers.
