I had to hire another contractor to re-do everything he had done. What a nightmare! He was also paid to replace some doorframes inside my house. He replaced just one and refused to replace the others although I paid him for new door frames. Also, he was REAL bad about not showing up. If you hire him do NOT pay him until the job is completed and you are actually satisfied with the job. He informed me that some funds were spent already, and I was understanding of that, but he did tell me I would be getting a refund. It has been nearly two months since agreeing on the refunded amount, yet no funds have been refunded. He has given varying reasons why he was not able to make payment. Now I am needing to take further legal action. If you're considering hiring this person, please also research his reviews on thumb tack website, I wish I had seen them before giving him money.

They replaced my roof after Jan 9 storm, and it leaked 5 times, yes FIVE TIMES, repeatedly called back, but they took their time working other peoples homes. A vent they put on was the cause of one leak, so they sent someone to CHALK it! I kid you not, turns out the entire vent had to be replaced with the tiles also replaced around it. Let me tell you they subcontracted a metal roofing company to replace garage roof too, That is still leaking as of today! *****10 MONTHS LATER****** I have no idea how other people got their work done and gave 5 stars to.
