"I done several" I didn't want to give him the job but I figured why not? "He has done several roofs for me before?" And plus small independent guy let me give him a chance. On the day I met up with him to view the contract. He says , "You got to trust me" Well I did. And he ran off with 44k of my money. Has not completed my job. Ignores my calls. You might ask, how did he get a way with so much? I m out of state and he knew that , so I paid him before he completed my job. Later I found out he is not a general license contractor.
