The TV ended up slightly crooked, the mount wasn't positioned at the ideal viewing angle despite our earlier discussion, and the cables were left exposed instead of being neatly concealed as we had expected. There was little effort to ensure everything looked clean or professionally finished. To make matters worse, the technician hurried through the job and left without properly explaining the setup or checking that everything was working correctly. We had to spend additional time adjusting the TV ourselves and eventually hire another installer to fix several issues. Considering the cost and the value of our television, this experience was extremely disappointing. Since I had already turned others away, I tried to work with Westside AV but Will denied every date including the following week. For someone with many requirements, the level of professionalism just isn't there.
