Never did I receive the paperwork or an appointment confirmation. Two days later when I called to confirm the appointment and request the paperwork again, someone named, Lindsey answered the phone and was unable to find my dad's appointment because apparently it was never entered in their system. I could not go to work in my condition, so I booked a 60-min deep tissue massage with Lauren at Body Art Day Spa and Hair Salon to try to relax the spasticity. Lauren was very knowledgeable about MS. I told her my goal was to go to work the next day and not suffer in pain. She addressed the seriously spastic areas on my back, neck, and shoulders with cupping. I felt immediate relief. I had never had cupping before, and I was surprised with the instant results it provided. The room was decorated for Halloween, but in a cozy way. The vibe was definitely relaxing. This morning, I woke up feeling 10 years younger. I was not in pain like I have woken up with for the past 7 years.
