The office informed me that Dr. Edin has again refused to provide medication for our dog, despite knowing the potential harm this will cause. This follows a previous refusal to provide insulin. My reaction to this news was understandably strong, given my concern for our pet's well-being. Dr. Edin's subsequent comments regarding other patient's behavior speaking poorly about then and then my alleged use of Yelp is inaccurate and unprofessional. Prior to this call, I had no knowledge of the situation or that the office possessed my contact information. It is deeply concerning that Dr. Edin would allow our dog to suffer, potentially to the point of death. Our long-standing veterinary relationship has been abruptly terminated, and our dog will again suffer due to Dr. Edin's actions.

At the time I went the clinic operated curb-side only, and on limited schedule, which didn't work out for me. The curb-side drop-off / pick-up didn't sit well with me either, because if I have questions or concerns I am accustomed to have a conversation with the vet or staff in the office, not through the car window. After couple visits I went back to my original vet, even though it is quite a drive. I will use this clinic in the future if the need arises, the staff was friendly and the location is very close to me.

Went for a rabies vaccine for my 4 year old husky lab, told the lady over the phone my dog is…read moreaggressive and I need to hold him with his muzzle on, she said no problem. We sat there and waited for an hour and 35 minutes just for them to offer me countless promotional vaccines, and programs. Then they finally took his weight, waited another 10 minutes and then had to come back to the waiting room to ask me what his weight was. Then the vet came In, asked if she could see my dog and pet him, I told her I just needed the vaccine and that he is aggressive and I would have to hold him/restrain him while she gave him his vaccine. She told me NO, imagine telling a patient no?? Proceeded over and over to ask to see him so after warning her I obliged. She took my dogs leash and kept acting like she was taunting him, he kept growling, she kept scratching around his ears and pulling his harness tight even though he was growling and biting. She laughed at him and then he finally attacked her, jumped on her and she screamed. I had to stand up, run over there and pull my dog off of her. She wasn't hit because of the muzzle but this woman was scared. I wanted to tell her she got what she deserved but now my dog was shaking. Waited another 30 minutes for the vaccine will NEVER go back. The vet woman should lose her job. Nurse was very sweet though.!
