I have been a customer of this facility for many years with many rescue animals.... Mostly senior…read moredogs. I have never had anything but amazing service from Dr. Eden and Dr. Dunnavant. Many times, an animal has gotten sick without warning. I call and I'm simply told... 'Bring them in now.' Recently, my mom's 20 year old cat needed to be humanly euthanized on a Saturday. I didn't want the cat to suffer the weekend and it was too traumatic to have the cat pass away at my mom's house. Dr. Eden waited and postponed her vacation so that she could help my mom. I just wanted to make sure that everyone knows how wonderful the vets and staff are at this facility!!

I brought my dog here after having diarrhea for 2 days. She is 6 years old & fully vaccinated…read more She was still eating and drinking & for the most part acting normal other than having to get up multiple times during the night to poop. After a quick exam they said her rapid test came back positive for parvo. She was also muzzled for her stool test, which is fine, but that same muzzle was tossed back into the drawer, not cleaned after they told me my dog has a very highly contagious virus. I was then given a $3000 estimate to treat her. I was shocked at the price & had read reviews online where they like to over charge. Part of that $3000 estimate was a chest xray, in which I asked why since the doctor said her lungs & heart sounded normal. Also added was nausea medication & multiple other things that seemed unnecessary since other than the diarrhea, my dog was acting ok. The vet never came back into the room to explain anything to me, the tech basically handed me the estimate and when I was floored and started to ask questions, she asked which part I didn't want to do, that parvo was deadly & my dog could die. I thankfully decided to leave and opt to have my dog treated elsewhere. So 3 hours later I went to another vet, had a parvo test that was NEGATIVE & treated her for $200.
