My case is still ongoing, so I can't speak to the final outcome just yet, but I can honestly say…read morethat my experience with Carabin Shaw has been positive so far. The team has been responsive and consistent about checking in with me throughout the process. They followed up with me even before I was able to begin treatment while I was pregnant, and they have continued to check in since my treatment began. They've also been helpful when I've had difficulty getting necessary documentation from my healthcare providers, which I really appreciate. Melanie in particular has been great about communication. If I call and she isn't available, she returns my calls, and she is also very responsive by email. I haven't felt like I have to constantly chase someone down just to get a response or know what's going on with my case. Since my claim hasn't been resolved yet, I'll reserve judgment on the final outcome, but based on the service, communication, and support I've received thus far, I genuinely don't have any complaints.

I landed with this law firm and have been treated so kindly, professionally with intentional action to protect me. Elva has been more like a neighborly friend rather than part of a law firm. The entire crew have made my experience far better than I expected and easier to cope with all the stress. I'm so grateful to Carabin & Shaw and its staff for taking my case on and making this entire experience less stressful and draining. Thank you for helping me and my family!

Outstanding Experience with Hill Law Firm…read more My case with Hill Law Firm was a dog bite case, and from the very beginning, I felt truly supported. Gabriel at Hill Law believed in my case, which immediately made me feel validated and genuinely heard during a very difficult time. Gabriel and his entire team were incredibly patient and compassionate. They took the time to explain every step of the process so I always understood what was happening and never felt left in the dark. This was not an easy situation for me emotionally, and their reassurance and calm guidance helped ease my nerves throughout the entire journey. They also helped me fully recognize all of my losses and fought for me accordingly. In the end, we settled out of court, which I learned is common for dog bite cases, but my settlement was much higher than I ever expected. That outcome speaks volumes about their dedication and advocacy. From my very first phone call to the moment I received my settlement check, my experience with Hill Law Firm was overwhelmingly positive. I will be forever grateful that I chose Hill Law and trusted Gabriel, Efrin ,Taylor, Mary Beth, and the entire team with my case. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
