Sadly, Hometown, my preferred shop, was closed due to a medical emergency. So he went to another florist in town where he got the *WORST* bouquet of flowers I've ever seen IN MY LIFE. You should have seen my face today when I looked at our bank account and saw he spent $60. THEY DIDN'T EVEN PUT THEM IN A VASE. He bought the flowers Monday and they're ALREADY DYING. In the nearly 15 years I've been using Carrie and Hometown Floral, I've never seen a bad bouquet and I've had arrangements last weeks. She has always used superior flowers, made arrangements within my budget that looked like they cost twice as much, and is an absolute delight to work with. I will shout from the rooftop that Hometown is THE florist to use in the greater Williamsport area.

Understanding that substitutions may need to happen when ordering arrangements, the delivered arrangement was in no way close to what was represented on the website. The fullness alone was a fraction of what it should have been, with the size resembling a supermarket bouquet placed in a vase. I'm not sure if this is typical for Hall's Florist, or if they just didn't have enough resources to create a properly full arrangement.

I couldn't be happier about our decision. They were amazing. I was called promptly after the order to confirm all of the information and get additional information. Also, in the special instructions I asked to be emailed or texted a picture which they did right before delivery. Great costumer service and if we are ever in this position again, I would undoubtably choose them. I was very impressed with every aspect. I bought and paid for the last half dozen strawberries but when I went to pick them up they had sold them to someone else. The gentleman at the counter was very apologetic but who does that? I bought them, watched you put a sticky note on them with my name, and then you just sold them again. I understand you were expecting another delivery of them but wait till it arrives and then sell those, not the ones you already sold. Very poor practice.
