They did everything they could to help my husband recover and find out what caused the collapse. Everyone we met explained everything they were doing and why, and patiently answered all our questions. Yes the ER was crowded and the wait to see him long, but that was a small price to pay for him ultimately leaving the hospital healthy again a week later.

Really just stay away, the facility is poorly maintained. The policies and procedures for patient…read morecare are poor and dirty cause infections twice already with my wife. There ER is extremely short staffed or horribly run possibly both and they do not care. God forbid you question them on anything, the ignorance you receive from those fine nurses WOW. I called and asked were my wife was after I walked to get the car, went up for flights, waited 6 cars to get out, drove to the flag circle and tehn waited 10 minutes so I called and asked were my wife was and JESSIE the #$%^& started a fight. You would think in 20 minutes a human being could push one woman 500 feet in wheelchair, you would also think wen you ask the question you do not get a condesending #$%^ on the other end. Amazing 8 - 10 nurses and staff can sit and talk about there days, lifes and everything they did last night but not one can push a wheelchair. Lazy, dirty, the same garbage sat on an elevator floor for 3 days when my wife was inpatient. My wife (with cancer in chemo) was septic and spent over 12 hours in ER, over 5 of those no one even helped her. To be clear my wife has been a pediatric oncology nurse for 29 years, the lack of protocols and cleanliness is disturbing.

We actually tried to get the MRI and were denied by our insurance. I would never recommend this practice to anyone. We also waited for an hour to be seen. Clown.

Dr. O'brien has stated to her primary care's nurse that "i jumped the gun" & then proceeded to never prescribe her medicine, nor return any phone calls to her primary care, her cardiologist, or me regarding continuation of her care/treatment. we have since went to a different ophthalmologist. i am extremely disappointed in the care my child received as it is completely unacceptable to go ghost on your patients & their needs. i would not recommend this practice to ANYONE, as they clearly do not provide adequate care for their patients.

I have not needed my primary Dr. Jackson in close to 3 summers while here, although have seen several orthopedic Doctors, GI and cardiologist. I returned to the area for the summer and soon became quite ill. I called Dr Jackson's office to get in to see her for what I thought might be bought of Acute Diverticulitis. The woman that answered the phone said that since I had not seen Dr. Jackson in close to 3 yrs. I was no longer her patient and would need to be seen as a new patient! The woman said she would talk to Dr. Jackson and call right back. About 4 hrs. later we called again and a different woman answered and in describing the earlier call she also said she would talk with the Dr. and call right back. Meanwhile, I was in terrible pain for that whole period. I never did get a call back and still have not 1 week later. I went to the ER in Lenoir City and was diagnosed with Acute Diverticulitis as suspected. I think Dr Jackson and her staff dropped to ball are unprofessional and obviously did not care about all the years I saw her. Pretty sad!
