momma and i arrived at the store by opening time, 7:30am, and we asked an attending worker to send…read moresomeone to get us a pile of topsoil dirt from the assorted soil and earthen material available. we then paid at the front register, where the worker told us that someone would arrive with the digger car soon to scoop a pile of dirt into the bed of the truck we brought. the same worker from the front register arrived soon, about 15 minutes later, to help us get a scoop of topsoil, which though running low on that saturday morning, met our need well of filling holes dug in the yard. also, thanks to the worker from last saturday morning who received the request and scooped the dirt for us while someone relieved the front register.

After installing them on Sunday May 2nd around 3:15 I successfully inflated 3 of the 4 tires. The 4th tire was defective. It was something as simple as a pinched tube. I went to the Broken Arrow, OK location because it is closer to my house. I brought the complete defective tire/caster with me for just a simple exchange for one in working condition. The clerk called over a woman by the name of Lisa. Lisa informed me that all returns and exchanges required a receipt. I asked her if she could just call the other location to verify the purchase, rather than forcing me to drive 23 miles and about 30 minutes of my time for proof that I did in fact purchase a defective product. She told me that "they" are told from "high up" to enforce this policy of yours. She further explained to me that if she accepted this exchange she would be "written up". So I drove the distance for a receipt, then drove to my residence and then back to the location to make a full refund of all 4 tires. If I am going to be treated like this, I do not want you to have my business. When I did drive all the way back to Owasso, Jeanie was deeply apologetic for my inconvenience of dealing with this because I was sold a defective product and that I was being treated this way. On my return visit to the Broken Arrow location Marie just glanced at the receipt and promptly gave me a full refund. She offered the receipt back to me, but I had already made a copy for my records. Total cost of your pneumatic tires: $97.98 Miles driven: 50 Time wasted from being turned down for an exchange: 2.5 hours Savings from purchasing 10" pneumatic casters from a competitor: $29.82 And if I did get a defective product, I can just simply show my emailed receipt.

After being at the register at 4:50 I didn't get my receipt till 5:10 which was followed by an employee making the comment "I'm late for my appointment" absolutely ridiculous, rude, and completely uncalled for. Their prices might be reasonable but their customer service and attitudes were atrocious. Due to them rushing us out the door after the system we forgot our phone there, so if we go back and it's not there now you know the kind of integrity they have as well.
