I was in need of a new tree after my previous one died and the village refused to replace it. I…read morehave heard about Pine View from numerous neighbors, so I decided to call and see what trees they had in stock and how soon they could come out and plant. I was offered to come and pick out my own tree on the nursery. I took advantage of that, and it was a very joyful experience being part of that process. Tony was extremely knowledgeable about everything and very informative. I felt very comfortable from the first conversation we had. Once I chose my tree, he was able to come within days to install and rip out the roots from the old tree that was left behind. Tony not only called to check on my tree but went out of his way to come check and make sure everything was going exactly how it should. I would absolutely recommend Tony and Pine View for any tree, shrubs, or landscaping needs. I promise you won't be disappointed!

Professional crew, trucks & equipment. Before going to Pine View Nursery we spent so much more time weeding. His mulch creates a crust that keeps weeds from rooting easily. The trees we bought from local places were dying or struggling because we found they imported them from other states. Tony grows all his own stuff which makes it better for you. When someone grows a tree in this state they don't need to warranty it. I bought into the others warranty thing but trees kept dying & it's a pain in the butt to get people back. I will continue to use these guys for every tree or landscaping need. Truly grateful for your team Pine View Nursery. Don't fall for the lowest priced people. You get what you pay for with these guys.

Cody's Farm And Orchard - Farm store

This was my first time going apple picking. I've heard about it which made me interested, curious,…read moreand excited all at the same time. We picked Cody's farm because there wasn't an entry fee, it wasn't too far, and someone picked up the phone when I called to answer all my questions. You purchase an empty bag for picking apples before starting. A bag costs $30 and holds ~ 30 pounds according to them which works out to $3 a pound. The weather was nice and it was plenty of apple trees to pick from. There were only a couple of other people picking apples while we were there. I imagined these huge trees with apples high up to reach for, but all the trees were around 4 to 5ft. There was several very long rows of different apple trees to walk up and down. I am now convinced to get an apple tree for my back yard since the size isn't huge. The farm had play areas and activities for children so it is a cool place to bring the kids. We hit the store and I bought apple cider donuts that just happened to be really delicious. Most of the produce and products seemed to be a little pricey, but I'm thinking everything is supposed to be organic so the prices are mor. I would definitely return and bring little ones if I had any to spend a day out here.

Cute little farm with farm animals to see and kids play area. Produce, honey, soap and candles…read moreavailable to buy in one barn. Vendors and food in another. I was going to get a caramel apple but they were $8 and not made there, prepackaged, so they did not appeal to me. Sandwiches were restaurant prices not" barn" prices so I left. I did enjoy the animals, goats, pigs, sheep and small cattle. I suppose if you have kids it's a great autumn thing to do and pick up some pumpkins and squash while there. Just seemed pricey and there was a charge for kids areas so I don't think I need to go back unless I have little ones to entertain.
