Those interactions were pretty smooth, and communication was made a priority. What I was most impressed with was how Mrs. Harris went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate other needs that I had by offering recommendations, making referrals, and establishing connections between me and other professionals. Once, when she heard about a contractor being excessive in pricing, she immediately gave me a few new referrals, which worked out better than our 1st choice. Bottom line up front: If you value your time and money you need Kris Kennedy!…read more I'm a planner. When the Navy told my husband we were moving to the Tampa Bay Area, I immediately started to research local area real-estate agents. Kris Kennedy got many favorable reviews across my most trusted websites and here on Yelp he's a total rockstar. After our initial conversation I knew he was the agent for us. We just closed on our Tampa Bay Home Area home today and having finished the process, I'm delighted to report Kris Kennedy lives up to every accolade he's received. Kris is a really nice guy (but let's face it ALL real estate agents are charming) Kris sets himself above the other agents starting with his professional demeanor and promptness. He is smart and shrewd a brilliantly, tenacious negotiator and an excellent communicator. He has league of professionals in his network that seemingly bend over backwards for him and thusly bend over backwards for his clients. Certainly if I had a question or a concern Kris had an answer, knew someone that did or found out and reported back quickly. He gave us excellent advice, asked important questions, custom built searches to suit our needs, and secured digital paperless portals to complete paperwork. Kris not only saved us time (his efficiency is miraculous), he saved us money A. LOT. OF. MONEY! 1. We were convinced we wanted a V.A. loan but upon Kris's suggestion we looked into it and discovered in this particular instance, using a conventional saved us about 11K. 2. After running some comps, speaking to the seller, investigating the history of the home we wanted etc. Kris was able to negotiate a savings of 24K from list price. FYI my husband and I would've paid asking price and Kris knew it. He worked his magic and saved us a total of 35K. This process was seamless in no small part thanks to the tireless workings of Kris Kennedy and his network of professionals.

It was a pleasure working with Kris! Can't say enough good things!…read more Kris is a true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, economics, and he is really good at marketing. He is also surprisingly pleasant to speak with and he's a very good communicator. He listened to me about what I wanted in home and he found me the perfect bungalow style home that I now love so much. I wasn't in a hurry to buy, but Kris called me saying I had to see this home because it was going to go fast. I had little expectations, but it was absolutely what I was looking for. There were multiple offers on the home, but Kris and I had the best offer. If it weren't for Kris' advise, care, and negotiating skills, I would have missed out on the perfect home. Kris also got my other townhouse I own rented for me at more rent than I expected and with only being on the market for 2 days! Whenever I am buying or selling a home again, I will make sure to call Kris, even if I am moving to another state. I am surprised Kris is not on a show like Million Dollar Listing. He is actually more handsome than those TV realtors.

KW "realtors" have shown me that they're inconsiderate, unprofessional, and incompetent. Pat Hall…read moreis a prime example - she's the third KW "realtor" I've had experiences with - although she's the worst and most incompetent, the others were only marginally better. She sent me an email at 10:01 am saying that she wanted to show my house to one of her clients at 10:30 (29 minutes later)! When I didn't respond, she had the gall to bring her clients anyway, and to march around on my property without my permission for 20 minutes (although I wasn't there, my neighbors were and they were about to call the police when Hall and company finally left). One of Ms. Hall's comments to her "buyers" overheard by my neighbor was: "The reason it's been on the market so long is that it's so hard to arrange showings." Apparently it never occurred to the cretin that many houses in Florida (especially in 55+ communities) are owned by "snowbirds" who have the house on the market but of course do not have showings when they're out of state. That was only the beginning. She contacted me a few days later and said that she had a well qualified buyer who wanted to schedule a showing of our property. I've learned never to turn down a buyer request for a showing, no matter how rude or incompetent their agent is, so we scheduled a showing. You guessed it - she stood us up! No call, no text, absolutely no communication whatsoever - she just never showed! Her " qualified buyers" are to be pitied - she's the listing agent on the house they're trying to sell (at more than 100k less than ours), and after more than 70 days they still haven't come close to an offer. Apparently Ms. Hall treats buyers like she treats sellers. We sold our house a few weeks after the Hall debacle, and the buyer's agent was a pleasure to work with - living proof that there are still some professionals in the real estate business in Florida (they're just not working at KW). If you're a masochist who enjoys having someone treat you like dirt and waste hours of your time, then Pat Hall and her cohorts at KW are definitely for you!
