The total bill came to about $8 if I were to round up by five cents. However, the business's Yelp page shows that it indeed offered a military discount. So, for what it is worth for a Small $8 drink, it is not worth it. The pho here is extremely flavorful, they always give you the most garnishes- in San Francisco they give very minimal and its usually just cilantro and bean sprouts- here you have a huge choice of condiments and garnishes. The chicken here is shredded- in most other pho places they give you pre-cut frozen slabs of chicken that don't soak up any flavor, the shredded chicken here soaks up all of the broth, it's wonderful. In my opinion, pho is a wonderful warm meal meant to be flavorful and rich in flavor, the pho here is not like traditional places you may go to where they give you a very sweet (but bland) broth. This broth is always extremely flavorful. If you don't like 'greasy' pho try the simplest pho offered here like a chicken pho- or meat or your choice. Last thing, their boba is great too.
