I'll start with the highlight: one of the best pints of Guinness I've had in a long time. I've actually been to the Guinness Storehouse at St. James's Gate in Dublin, so I've had the pleasure of enjoying a pint straight from the source. That sets a pretty high bar, and I have to say, Paddy Malone's came impressively close. A beautiful pour, creamy head, and that smooth, rich flavor you hope for. They clearly know how to pour a proper pint. My wife and I sat at the bar, and we loved the atmosphere. The place was busy, with that lively, welcoming Irish pub feel that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile. The food was mostly great. My wife ordered the fish and chips, which were awesome. The only thing keeping this from five stars was my burger, which came out well done for my liking. Overall, a fantastic pub with great character, a fun atmosphere, and a seriously impressive pint of Guinness. I'd absolutely come back, especially for another pint at the bar. Sláinte!
