He sent a technician named Roy (who no showed 2 times before showing up) from another company called DW appliance, who tried to secure it nailing in brackets but cracked my molding on both sides, left without securing it or even notifying me the job wasn't done. He told me it was secured. Quans retuned today weeks later, after promising me on the phone he would glue and paint the molding. He returned and put brackets on to secure it but did not repair the molding as promised, then stated there's nothing that can be done. Not responsive when asking for a refund. Completely cracked on both sides and looks terrible. Will be contacting yelp and the BBB

Got some Yelp replies and Rob's quote was the simplest and it's very competitive. Like regular yelp user, I had doubts with the company that have no reviews (not anymore after mine). But after taking to Rob, the owner, over the phone. I learned that he's pretty genuine and polite and he indeed can work the next day. Rob jr, the son, gave me a call before the appointment when he knew he might be late on the scheduled time which I am super appreciative as avg contractors that I hired before wouldn't do that. (They have no time for it...) Rob got the job done very quickly and professionally. He even took pictures for me so I can have a peace of mind remotely. He also further answer questions that is not part of the job. Very well run small family business that I would recommend to anyone!!
