My results came back, and I am super high in "iron". I came back for my second appointment today, one month later after receiving the blood draw to look at my results. She agreed high in iron. She told me to go get checked a second time after doing blood draws and stopping iron supplements. My mother is a hemochromotosis, if you do not get blood drawn, or this figured out - it is the reason of your death most likely with this genetic disease. I asked Naturomedica if they could look over my results a second time since I have already spent $600 with them, if they could just look it over for 5 minutes and give me a thumbs up, or a thumbs down... to tell me looks good after the blood draw, or tell me you need to come back in and we need to figure this out. They said they cannot do that, and it would cost ANOTHER $119 for a 15 minute phone call... I talked to Callie Juetten over the phone. She was harsh, rude, and extremely condoscending about the idea of having a 5 minute phone call or even an email to say you look good, or please come back in. I was happy to spend another $250 to come back in, if I needed to.. I just wanted to know if it was necessary before booking the appointment. This clinic is not capable of providing that type of service is what she told me. Is this naturopath clinic actually there to help people with their health? Why was Callie so harsh?

Before that time, I was a patient of a large medical practice in Issaquah for over a decade. I've always tried to eat well and stay fit through exercise. So it has been frustrating that the story I've received every year at my annual checkup from my primary care physician at this large medical practice is the same: some of your biomarkers are higher than ideal and we'll just watch them. No further investigation, no analysis of underlying causes, no next steps at all. I feel for the Ridge community and the exponential ballooning debt they face from a 25 bed hospital that is filled by 15. The money wasted by new management leaves no resources for actual patient care and personal encounters at its ONE clinic. For 15-20 years, any money we saved the District through automation, systems consolidation, process improvements were quickly used to give each other bonuses at the top... rubbing each others backs. It's a shame. SRMC will never benefit from resources given to the district from the federal government. Please somebody look into Covid funds abuse.... Statute of limitations has long to expire at the federal level. Boy did they use it! Look at the collective inbred bonuses given to each other at the top post 2021.
